About Virtuoso Arts

I’m 34 years old, I'm a father of 5 beautiful children, and I have had a passion for drawing since the age of 5.

My passion for drawing branched out into other areas of art such as, painting, photophraphy, and cooking to name a few.

I was most influenced by Mr. Joseph Attaway, my school art instructor. He fueled my interest in art, and aided in my evolution of becoming a man that deeply appreciates art, hence the name of my business, “Virtuoso” Arts.

I began exploring tattooing at the age of 15. Every week I would get out of class, go to my hometown local office supply store “Browns,” and I would purchase a bottle of indian ink. I would then get one of my father's sewing needles, wrap the end, and then dip it into the ink and began to draw on myself, which my parents did not agree with at first. This eventually led me to tattoing several of my classmates under a pecan tree in the yard after school.

After I graduated high school, I enlisted into the Army reserves. My career there was short lived due to poor choices on my behalf, but I decided that I wanted more out of life, and I purchased my first tattoo gun and kit from a young man in my neighborhood, Bruce.

Once again tattooing in my neighborhood, I began to travel to all of the surrounding counties, which helped create a brand for myself. I continued doing this for several years because I fell in love with creating beautiful pieces of art that have symbolic meanings to my clients and their families.

Who knew that this would ultimately lead to the opening of my very own tattoo shop just a few feet away from where I first tattooed myself, neighborhood friends, and classmates.

I am forever greatful for the experiences, and I pray that I can continue to serve my community as well as surrounding communities, and hopefully the world one day.

Why Choose Us?

Experience Virtuoso Arts

We are kind, loving, and we take pride in our art. We take each piece and we put the same value and effort into our smaller pieces as we do our larger works of art. We take pride in treating each and every client the same. Our motto is: Clean lines and great shading make a wonderful piece.

I like to think of our business as a breath of fresh air.
